    Precision Machining of Robotic Mounting Plates

    • Challenge

      The customer required complex steel mounting plates with deep pockets, tiered surfaces, and many precision holes. Keeping positional accuracy and preventing distortion in thin areas was the main challenge.

      We used 5-axis milling with rigid fixturing, applied controlled step-down cuts to protect thin walls, and verified all hole locations with CMM to ensure proper alignment and consistent quality.
